Our story

A place where luxury
meets soul

VILLA SERENA opened in 2008 inside a restored 1894 merchant's house. The walls are the original quarried stone. The Belgian linen is woven by a monastery in Kortrijk. In 2024 the bedding was replaced with 600-thread-count organic Egyptian cotton.

Our team — 47 people for 38 rooms — knows your name within 24 hours, remembers how you take your coffee, and knows when not to interrupt. That isn't service. It's an experience.
