Parties and definitions

These terms govern the relationship between AL Platforms ("the Company", "we") and the end user ("the Client", "you") who purchases services through al-platforms.com.

Definitions:

• AL site — a brochure or landing site built on a premium template. One-time: ₪250–₪1,000 (≈ $75–$300).
• Template — one of the 25 curated, ready-made designs in our catalog.
• Subdomain — an address of the form name.al-platforms.com, given to the Client free of charge by default.
• Your own domain — a domain the Client bought independently (.co.il / .com / etc.) and asked us to connect.

The service and its scope

What the ₪250 (≈ $75) price includes (an AL site):

• A template picked from the catalog + a live preview before you pay.
• Automatic content generation in Hebrew (headlines, services, about) based on the brief you filled out.
• Connection to a free subdomain yourname.al-platforms.com + SSL.
• 2 tuning rounds at the end (text, color, images, section order) over WhatsApp.
• Post-launch support — two weeks of support at no charge, paid support after that.
• Basic SEO, a mobile-optimized layout, a Lighthouse score of 95+.

What is not included:

• Buying a .co.il / .com / etc. domain — you buy that yourself from a registrar.
• Professional copywriting beyond the automatic content (available as a paid add-on).
• Logo design, product photography, an additional language (separate paid add-ons).
• Custom integrations (web app / complex upgrades).

Purchase and delivery

• Payment — one-time, through the payment methods offered on the site. Until payment goes through we have no obligation to you, and no domain is allocated.
• Delivery time — the site goes live within about an hour of payment (subject to temporary load).
• The preview you see in the wizard is indicative — the final site is similar but not 100% identical (your own content is injected into it).
• The 2 tuning rounds are limited to 30 days from launch.

Ownership and intellectual property

• The site's code and content belong to you, the Client, once payment is complete. You can download the code, move it to your own servers, or end the engagement whenever you want.
• The domain is registered in your name. If you chose our subdomain (name.al-platforms.com), it is allocated to you for as long as you use the service; if you stop using the service, the subdomain returns to the public pool.
• The catalog and the templates themselves remain the Company's property — you get an exclusive license to use your copy, but not ownership of the original design.
• The platform (including the wizard and the core code) — all rights reserved to AL Platforms.

30-day money-back guarantee

The guarantee applies to AL sites.

Warranty and its limits

The service is provided "As Is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure that:

• The site is available at least 99% of the time (subject to planned maintenance and to interventions by infrastructure vendors such as Vercel/Cloudflare).
• The site passes basic performance and SEO checks before delivery.
• You get support within 4 business hours on WhatsApp.

The Company does not undertake:

• That the site will produce ROI / sell / bring in customers — the site is a marketing tool, not a product that guarantees a result.
• That third parties (Google, Meta, email providers) will keep any particular compatibility.
• That the site will work unchanged on every browser / device / exotic resolution.

In the event of a legal claim, the Company's liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in that transaction.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for:

• Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademarks or patents.
• Content that is illegal, abusive, incites hatred or violence, is hardcore pornography, or is intended for fraud / phishing / spam.
• Services that are prohibited under Israeli regulation (unlicensed gambling, anonymous coins, weapons and the like).
• Activity that could harm our infrastructure or that of our third-party vendors (Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare).

In the event of a breach, we may suspend or delete the site without prior notice, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Pricing, VAT and invoices

• All prices on the site include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• A tax invoice is issued automatically and sent to your email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment.
• Future price changes will not apply to transactions that were already completed.

Privacy and data handling

Full details on how data is collected, stored, shared and deleted appear in our privacy policy.

In short: we collect only what we need in order to build your site and support it. The domain and the code are yours. Your data is held in Israel / the European Union only (Vercel + Neon).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent to you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Before starting legal proceedings — try contacting us directly on WhatsApp or by email. In most cases everything can be settled outside a courtroom.
